CMP is pleased to announce the launch of myCMP support module.

This is one step further towards the “all-in-one” CMP approach for a unified web application and Customer Relation Management system. CMP staff and Customers already use with proficiency the system for design kit requests, run management and financial-related aspects.

Working with this new HelpDesk user interface is quite straightforward. It is similar to myCMP modules already in use. It keeps and enhances the previous HelpDesk functionalities such as categories, attachments, status display, closing mechanisms for solved tickets, text embellishing, image insertion, draft saving and so forth.

Existing tickets will be processed until their closure for a progressive phase-out of the old HelpDesk.
New tickets have to be submitted from now on at myCMP menu item Helpdesk

CMP is confident that users will appreciate being able to interact on the same system interface, all together the status of their design kit requests, their submitted designs for fabrication, and their support requests.
