RFIC-Lab Global activity:

R&D in design and caracterization of Rf and millimeter waves circuits: mmw passives components, RF and mmw intergated circuits, RF systemes, RF PCB circuits.

R&D in design and caracterization of Rf and millimeter waves circuits. Technologis used:

  • IC standard technologies (28nm FDSOI, 130nm & 55nm BiCMOS..)
  • hybrid technologies (Si interposers, carbon nanotubes, nanowires membranes)
  • PCB technologies.
    Exemple of circuits: PA 60GHz with 17% PAE enhancement in 55nM BiCMOS
